Update Personal Information

A new system, My Profile, is available for retirees to update their address, phone number and e-mail address online. Updating your personal information in My Profile will update your address with all departments at Union Pacific as well as our vendors (i.e. Vanguard, UnitedHealthcare).

To log in to My Profile, enter your seven-digit Employee ID and your password (the same ID and password you currently use for the SAP system). If you never have logged in to SAP or My Profile before, your default password will be “UPRR” plus the last four digits of your Social Security Number (e.g. UPRR1234). After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
