Employees Save Man from Near-Tragedy

(01:06 p.m. CDT) Scott Neofotist, brakeman, Boone, Iowa, and Steven Sutton, locomotive engineer, Slater, Iowa, recently were traveling to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to conduct a Total Safety Culture class. As Neofotist drove across Cedar Rapids' Edgewood Road Bridge, Sutton noticed a man collapsed on the bridge's walking path, several feet from 4-lane traffic. He appeared to be experiencing seizures.
