Legacy Families

UPOnline Seeks Families with Long-Time Railroad Ties

For many employees, railroading is a family tradition that's endured from generation to generation, often across railroad lines. Their heritage helps define Union Pacific's past, present and future.

UPOnline's Family Ties series tells the stories of these families – the generations that have come before us and helped build the railroad, and those who now carry on the tradition.

If your family has a long railroad history – three consecutive generations or more – let us know and you may be selected for a Family Ties feature. To be considered, simply provide information on your family's railroading background.
